We landed for fuel in Ramstein, Germany some seven hours after taking off from Kuwait. The Air Force passenger terminal was a thing of beauty, multiple stories, massive glass windows viewing the tarmac. Free wireless Internet that actually worked. At the USO, I got a free cup of coffee and some German cookies.The Air Force knows how to live.
